The Electronic Services Portal (ESP) is no longer supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer. This browser is no longer supported by the Public Authority. To continue using the ESP, you will need to switch to another web browser that supports the ESP. Some of the supported browsers are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. To make the transition easier, follow these instructions. Once you have a new web-browser installed, you should be able to use the ESP.

San Diego Public Authority

Electronic Services – San Diego Public Authority provides electronic timesheets to In-Home Supportive Services Providers. To enroll in this service, IHSS Providers must sign up with the In-Home Supportive Services Program. IHSS Public Authority is a government agency that works with the Kings County In-Home Supportive Service Program. This program helps IHSS consumers find providers. The IHSS Public Authorities provide domestic and personal assistance services.The In-Home Supportive Services Program also offers an Electronic Timesheet option for providers.

What You Need to Know About the New IHSS Timesheet Rules

Starting February 1, 2016, the IHSS program will undergo some significant changes. This change will make the program subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the state of California.
